World Logistics International S.A.C. (hereinafter, «WOLI») respects the privacy of those who visit this website and undertakes to protect their personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulations.

• Complaints Book: name or company name, type and number of identity document, address, phone number, email address and the details of the claim or complaint, as required by consumer protection regulations.
• Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work properly.

• Handling commercial enquiries and preparing logistics service quotes.
• Managing and responding to claims and complaints filed in the Complaints Book.
• Delivering and following up on the contracted services.
• Complying with applicable legal, tax and customs obligations.

Your data is processed on the basis of the consent you give when submitting any of our forms, the performance of the contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations.

In order to deliver the contracted logistics services, your data may be shared with customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, carriers and correspondent agents at origin or destination, strictly to the extent necessary to complete the operation. We do not sell or transfer personal data for third-party advertising purposes.

We apply reasonable technical, organisational and legal measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The site is served over an encrypted connection.

8. Exercising your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of information, access, update, inclusion, rectification, deletion, objection and objective processing by writing to gerencia@wlicargo.com, attaching a copy of your identity document and stating the right you wish to exercise. We will handle your request within the legal deadlines.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may file a complaint with the Peruvian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

9. Third-party services

This site embeds a Google Maps map and fonts served by Google Fonts. These services may record technical information under their own privacy policies. Likewise, the links to WhatsApp and to our tracking portal take you to external platforms with their own terms.
